Preamplifier i-FET
This charge coupled preamplifier is specifically designed for use with i-FET SDDs. The operating parameters of the circuit are perfectly trimmed for best performance and stability of KETEK detectors.

Preamplifier VITUS
Unlike the i-FET preamplifier, this VITUS version is featuring a pulsed reset mechanism. Furthermore, a reset compensation network was added in order to reduce the system dead time. This makes it perfectly suitable for high count rate operation with KETEK VITUS detectors.
Shaping amplifier module
The AXAS shaping amplifier module fits for both VITUS and i-FET detectors. Although it is quite miniaturized, it allows adequate functionality.

- Available for 0.15μs, 0.25μs, 0.5μs, 1μs, 2μs, 3μs shaping time constant (others on request)
- User selectable energy range: 10 keV, 20 keV, 30 keV as standard. Ask factory for different values

AXAS power supply module
The AXAS power supply module comprises a high-voltage supply as well as a temperature controller for SDD devices.
- Nominal input voltage +12V / -12V
- Low-noise high voltage generator provides -165 V detector bias voltage (other voltages on request)
- High efficiency temperature controller designed for 4 W thermoelectric cooler
- Monitor output displays SDD chip temperature
- Metal housing prevents from noise pickup
